Your Xexon wallet and card
continue on Vestex

Xexon has been your offshore wallet and debit card provider at dashboard.xexon.io. That service is moving to Vestex, where one account holds your wallet balances, your card and a full trading platform in the same dashboard. Nothing on your Xexon dashboard changes until your own move is complete, and you keep signing in there until it is.

Vestex is operated by Silver Capital Financial s.r.o, registered in the Czech Republic — the same company that operates the service you are migrating from.

What your account gains on Vestex

A real market instead of Buy and Sell Your Xexon wallet holds thirteen coins — Bitcoin, Tether, USD Coin, Ethereum, Solana, Ripple, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Cardano, Avalanche, Chainlink and Polkadot — and each one gives you a Buy and a Sell button at a price quoted against US dollars. Vestex gives you a spot market with live order books and a much wider list, so you can see the price you are dealing at and place your own order rather than accepting a quote.
A derivatives market alongside spot Vestex adds futures trading, both perpetual and dated contracts, next to the spot market. That is an entire section of the platform your Xexon wallet has no equivalent for.
AI-assisted trading An assistant sits in the trading screen. It can explain an order before you place it, tell you what the risk on an open position actually is, and set up the order panel for you if you describe in plain words what you want to do.
Wallet, Card Activities and history in one dashboard Deposits, withdrawals, Load, Card Activities and your transaction history stay in a single place, laid out the way XEXON Cards sits next to Wallet today, but faster and easier to read.
Two-factor authentication you set up again You enable 2-Factor Authentication on Vestex yourself, with an authenticator app. Your Xexon 2FA enrolment does not follow you, which is deliberate: a fresh secret on the new platform is safer than copying an old one across.

How the switch works

1
Sign in at dashboard.xexon.io Begin on the Xexon dashboard you already use. The move is released to accounts in batches, and when yours is included the option appears there for you. You do not need to request it.
2
Confirm the account is yours Xexon hands you across to Vestex, where you confirm the account. Your email address is written out in full on that screen, so you can see exactly which account is being moved before you agree to anything.
3
Choose a password and carry on Your Vestex account is a new account, so you set a new password for it. From then on you sign in at vestex.ai and continue where you left off.
Please read this before you switch

Questions Xexon customers have asked

Yes. It is published by Xexon on dashboard.xexon.io, the host you sign in to, and Vestex publishes the matching notice on vestex.ai. The two pages deliberately link to each other so you can check both ends yourself. If an email or message you receive disagrees with what these two pages say, distrust the message, not the pages.
No. Until your account is included in the current batch there is nothing on your Xexon dashboard to click. The date the Xexon dashboard stops accepting sign-ins has not been published yet. When it is decided it will be shown on this page, with notice, before it applies.
If your Xexon debit card shows as active under My Cards, this move does not replace it, reissue it or change its number, and you do not need to activate it again. What changes is where you manage it, because My Cards and Load move into the Vestex dashboard. Finish anything already in flight on Xexon first: an application still under review, a card posted to you that you have not yet activated with the selfie step, or the renewal and annual fee your dashboard asks you for as the card nears its expiry date.
The Member Card is the one handed to you directly by the Xexon team rather than posted by the card department, and it has its own page and its own activation step in your dashboard. Contact support before you move so we can tell you how your Member Card is handled. Please do not assume it travels across with the rest of the account.
The balances in your Xexon wallet are brought over into your Vestex account as part of the move, including the US Dollar balance that a Load draws on, which sits alongside the coins. You never send coins anywhere to make that happen, and nobody should ever ask you to. Check the figures when you first sign in at vestex.ai, and raise it with support before you trade if anything is missing.
Xexon ran your KYC itself, including your ID or passport photos, your selfie and the two signed card application forms, so there is a real result on file and it is carried across with your account. You are not asked to start from nothing. Two things can still come up: if the ID you used has since expired, or if you were left at Upload documents or at a declined result, Vestex asks you for that one outstanding item in the dashboard after you arrive.
Xexon runs its affiliate program on an outside affiliate platform rather than on your wallet, and My Links and My Commissions both read out of it, so your links and any commission already accrued are not something this move carries over by itself. If you are in the affiliate program, ask about it before you switch. Use the contact details in the sidebar of your Xexon dashboard, or email [email protected].

The same notice is published on Vestex's own site: https://vestex.ai/from-xexon. Questions: [email protected]. This page is published by Xexon on dashboard.xexon.io.
